Retsu-Rei-Zhin (Hobugo: Stormy Sea Clan) is a sovereign Hobgoblin shogunate in the northwestern region of Wiseria, commonly known as the Mistwrought Highlands.
Yachi
A central tenet in Retsuite society is the concept of yachi (Hobugo: way of noble conduct). Rooted in honor, integrity and mindfulness, yachi shapes every aspect of a Retsuite Hobgoblin's life, from personal interactions to professional endeavors. From the lowest serf to the Zhougun themself, each member of Retsuite society is expected to uphold this societal code, with expectations following the societal rank. While a commoner might get away with an occasional lack of tact, the Zhougun is to act like a true paragon, an embodiment of the yachi code.
